Main duties of the job
As a Nursing Associate in our Primary Care Network, youll support patient care across a range of clinical activitiesworking closely with registered nurses and the wider healthcare team. Youll be involved in health monitoring, supporting long-term condition management, and promoting healthier lifestyles within the community. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care and being part of a collaborative team focused on making a difference locally.

venepuncture, and vaccinations under direction of registered nurses.
Support
delivery of long-term condition reviews and health checks.
Deliver
health promotion and lifestyle advice.
Maintain
accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Contribute
to personalised care planning and patient education.
Participate
in MDT working, including case discussions and PCN health initiatives.
Uphold
infection control and safeguarding responsibilities.
Engage
