Job summary

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join our healthcare team recently voted Number 1 Practice in Surrey and England in the National Patient Survey. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and a solid background in administrative tasks.

Part-time: 24-30 hours per week

Main duties of the job

  • Recalling patients for appointments to manage their long term conditions.
  • Coding baby immunisations on to the patients record
  • Logging smear tests and keep track of results
  • Downloading results of diabetic retinopathy and uploading and coding results to patients records.
