Job summary

Background

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced team member to provide administrative support to our Primary Care Network (PCN 7&8) Teams in the East of Tower Hamlets.

You will be employed by the Poplar & Limehouse Health and Wellbeing Network. We are a partnership of local general practices, community care teams, and local third-sector providers.

Main duties of the job

You will support the professional operation of both PCNs through various clerical, organisational and communication tasks

You will need to be both effective and efficient to be able to undertake and prioritise a variety of administrative duties

You will occupy a position of responsibility and trust, as you have access to sensitive information. You should have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative

Main duties of the job

Support maximal achievement of Key Performance Areas (KPAs) as identified by both PCNs

Ensure accurate and up to date data entry and reporting

Liaise with team members, practices and individuals over meeting management, agenda setting, scheduling and follow up actions

Providing logistical support for the office

Undertake additional duties where appropriate as requested by Line Manager

Undertake ongoing personal development through participation in appraisal and supervision

Be prepared to be flexible, and work at other sites
