Medical Receptionist 30 Hours per Week
The Village Surgery, Cramlington
We are looking for a friendly, well-organised Medical Receptionist to join our team on a 30-hour per week contract.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting patients and the practice team, ensuring a smooth and professional service.
Main duties of the job
Provide a welcoming, efficient first point of contact for patients
Handle enquiries in person, by telephone, and via electronic systems
Manage appointment bookings and patient records
Carry out general administrative and clerical duties
Support the wider multi-disciplinary team

- Competence in IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, email, internet use)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
