Job summary
Comberton and Eversden Surgeries are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our friendly and sociable practice team.
Previous experience in the role of GP practice management is essential and experience in change management desirable.
Main duties of the job
Overall financial management of the Practice.
Carry out all human resources requirements.
Presenting and analysing data to monitor quality.
Taking responsibility for security, repairs, insurance and maintenance of the premises, services and equipment.
Dealing with all complaints according to the complaints procedure within the agreed timescale.
Reviewing and updating the practices website.
Preparing practice business plans and annual reports, as directed by the partners.
Quality assurance
Be actively involved with local ICB and implement their strategies and pathways throughout the practice.
Be proactive in developing patient services and implementing service standards.
Produce reports where appropriate and be responsible for overseeing audits.
Significant event recording, analysis, and discussion.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of NHS and Primary Care developments.
