VACANCY FOR GP PARTNERSHIP OR SALARIED GP WITH A VIEW TO PARTNERSHIP 3-7 SESSIONS
CRONDALL NEW SURGERY IS A PART DISPENSING, GMS PRACTICE IN THE VILLAGE OF CRONDALL,
BETWEEN FLEET AND FARNHAM ON THE SURREY/ HAMPSHIRE BORDER. WE ARE PART OF FLEET
PCN AND NORTH EAST HANTS AND FARNHAM PLACE WHICH IN TURN IS PART OF THE NEWLY
FORMED FRIMLEY ICB.
WE HAVE 5800+ PATIENTS; THE LIST SIZE IS GROWING STEADILY WITH LOCAL DEVELOPMENTS.
WE CURRENTLY HAVE PARTNERS AND SALARIED GPS, PRACTICE NURSES, HCA, PHLEBOTOMISTS,
DISPENSERS, FIRST CONTACT PHYSIO, MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONERS AND A STRONG ADMIN
TEAM. HOME VISITING IS PROVIDED BY AN EXCELLENT PARAMEDIC HOME VISITING SERVICE,
EMPLOYED BY THE LOCAL FEDERATION.
WE COVER 4 LOCAL CARE HOMES AND A SUPPORTED LIVING FACILITY, PROVIDING CONTINUITY
WITH WEEKLY VISITS TO EACH ESTABLISHMENT BY THEIR ALLOCATED GP.

Seeking a GMC Registered, enthusiastic General Practitioner interested in joining our existing partnership, in a growing GMS practice on the Surrey/Hampshire border. Please contact us to discuss further.

General Practitioner registered with the GMC, who is interested in a partnership post with a vibrant practice, part-rural but well located for local towns and commuting, working with a strong team of GPs, nurses and other clinician and skill mixes including paramedics, MSK, Mental health practitioners, pharmacy technicians and more.
Will be suited to someone who enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding QOF/IIF Targets, optimising prescribing and with keen attention to detail.
