Clinical Pharmacist

Job summary

We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our friendly team. You will work as a team of three Clinical Pharmacists delivering services to our registered patients. You will work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team of GPs, Nurses, Physician Associates and non-clinicians.

Main duties of the job

Experience in primary care is preferable, however we welcome applications from pharmacists from all backgrounds as we have experience training pharmacists who are new to primary care.
