Scan and file internal and external post onto the patients medical records via DOCMAN

Summarise patients letters onto their medical records

Summarise patients medical records

New Patient Registrations

Work with the administrative team to cover any of the duties expected of the team

To maintain a good rapport/relationship between internal and external staff of the Practice at all times

Qualifications

Essential

  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Typing Skills
  • Medical Terminology knowledge/qualification

Desirable

  • Knowledge of EMIS web clinical system or another similar clinical system
  • Knowledge of DOCMAN system
  • The ability to manage own workload and act independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • The ability to work to a professional standard

Experience

Essential

  • Experience working in a similar setting and ideally General Practice
