We are a large successful training practice across two
dispensing sites with a practice owned on site Pharmacy and an award-winning
research team.
We are passionate about a high standard of health and
wellbeing for our staff and our patients. We are looking for someone who will
share this vision and thrive with us.
We would like to appoint a salaried GP (with the option of
partnership) to replace a retiring partner to join our large multidisciplinary
practice.
We would welcome applications for 4 to 8 sessions per week
with a starting salary of £11,500 per session per annum.

Our large clinical team is supported by a dynamic, well-structured management and administrative team to allow smooth and efficient running of the practice. This also enables us to seize opportunities to innovate and further improve our patient care and the wellbeing of our staff.
Main duties of the job
We introduced telephone consulting over 8 years ago. We have
continually improved our system to achieve good patient access and satisfaction;
whilst still allowing the GPs to remain in control of their workload and their
day.
We have worked hard to reduce the level of administrative
work for our GPs through our skilled Medical Secretary team processing tasks,
E-Consults and medical reports; Medicines Optimisation team dealing with
medication queries and reconciliation; clinical support to help reduce
pathology processing and an Administrative Support team to assist with QOF, systems, coding
and data.
We
encourage all our staff to take opportunities to develop other interests to
enhance their day-to-day general practice. We would encourage any new GPs to
develop other skills that would contribute to the practice or work with us on
any of the following:
