Main duties of the job
- Open and close the building, ensuring security and smooth operation.
- Greet and assist arriving patients, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
- Create and manage referrals via the Electronic Referral System (ERS).
- Serve as the main point of contact for clinical staff, facilitating communication and support.
- Ensure clinic rooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the PCN.
