Job summary
Due to the retirement
of the Finance Manager we are seeking an Admin and Finance Assistant to support
our Practice Manager and finance department with daily admin and accounting
tasks. The ideal candidate will be organised, able to learn new skills quickly
with attention to detail, pro-active and capable of multi-tasking in a
fast-paced environment. They will need to be flexible and adaptable to work for
the NHS which is an ever changing environment.
This is an exciting

in the town of Swanley, conveniently located just off the M25/A20, Swanley
Medical Practice is an integral part of the NHS, dedicated to providing
high-quality healthcare services to our community. Our practice operates across
three sites: The Cedars and The Oaks in Swanley, approximately two hundred
meters apart, and the third in the village of Hextable. With a patient list of
25,000, we boast a dedicated team, including GP Partners, Salaried GPs,
Clinical Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, HCAs, and other
clinicians from our Primary Care Network. Notably, we are also a GP Training
Practice. We are looking to build on our existing team, we are currently
training a Nurse Associate and have four Trainee Gps.
