Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Reception

Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner.

Manage check-ins, arrivals, and queries at the reception desk.

Handle incoming telephone calls, provide information, and direct queries appropriately.

Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Appointments & Patient Support

Book, amend, and manage patient appointments using the clinical system.

Support patients with accessing services, including online platforms where applicable.
-
Assist with repeat prescription requests following practice procedures.

Signpost patients to appropriate healthcare professionals or services.
Administrative Duties

Update and maintain accurate patient records.

File, scan, and process clinical documents and correspondence.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
-
Support clinicians and management with routine administrative tasks.
-
Process registrations, deductions, and patient documentation as required.

Assist in maintaining organised and tidy reception and admin areas.
