Appointments & Patient Support
Book, amend, and manage patient appointments using the clinical system.
Support patients with accessing services, including online platforms where applicable.
Assist with repeat prescription requests following practice procedures.
Signpost patients to appropriate healthcare professionals or services.
Administrative Duties
Update and maintain accurate patient records.
File, scan, and process clinical documents and correspondence.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Support clinicians and management with routine administrative tasks.
Process registrations, deductions, and patient documentation as required.
Assist in maintaining organised and tidy reception and admin areas.
