Elm Lodge Surgery is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive and high performing clinical team:

We are hiring to replace a member of our team who is retiring. Ideally we are seeking a candidate to work 3 days per week, but would consider candidates for between 2 and 4 days per week.
Main duties of the job
Assess, diagnose, prescribe and refer patients presenting with undifferentiated diagnoses.
Conduct consultations in-person and by telephone or video for patients of all ages.
