Job summary
Elm Lodge Surgery is a friendly GP partnership in SE24 between Herne Hill and Dulwich.
We are seeking a salaried GP to join us for 4-6 sessions per week from Autumn 2024.
At Elm Lodge we try to combine the traditional values of a family doctor with modern technology and the support of a multi-disciplinary team. We prioritise continuity of care, good health outcomes, excellent access, and sustainability for our team and the environment. Clinicians are supported by a well-organised and experienced administration team.
Patient feedback is very positive, in 2024 we were the second highest ranked GP surgery in South East London in the GP-Patient Survey. We look forward to welcoming a salaried GP to our high performing team.
Main duties of the job
Salaried GP 4-6 sessions per week ideally including Wednesdays and Fridays
10-15 minute appointments depending on clinical need
A fair rota of duty doctor responsibilities

Essential
- A medical practitioner whose name is included in the General Practitioner Register under article 10 of the General and Specialist Medical Practice Order 2003
- Not subject to suspension under section 41A of the Medical Act 1983
- Qualified General Practitioner (completed certificate of Completion of Training CCT)
- Currently on National Medical performers list and not suspended from that list or from the medical register
- DBS clearance
- Have had an annual NHS appraisal
