Administrator (QOF recall and admin)
37.5hours
6 weeks holiday plus 1 additional day for birthday

Main duties of the job
To
provide support to all clinical staff
Enter
updated patient information on to the practice clinical system
Receive
telephone calls, take messages and respond to enquiries
Cover admin rota to cover busy times & breaks
Provide
administrative support during nursing clinics (Baby clinic and vaccination
clinics)
booking
and cancelling appointments where appropriate
Ensuring
all staff, locums and temporary staff receive all necessary information
Provide
support to the attached staff, to ensure patients receive an efficient service
Responsible
for day to day checking electronic results including bowel screening and dealing
with actions required on path lab results and correspondence from GPs via Tasks
Processing
smear data and utilising Cytology management system for smear
Responsible
for baby recall system
Responsible
for annual recall data system for chronic disease registers, recall diaries and
sending out clinic letters for chronic disease and research
To help
with audits and searches within an admin capacity, as needed
Help with
QOF and QP admin including Cancer Care Reviews protocol, prostate and Depression

- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Good telephone manner.
- Able to work well both individually and as part of a team.

- Ability to use photocopier.
Qualifications

- GCSE Grade A to C English and Maths
Desirable
- Higher level qualification, e.g. RSA stage II or equivalent.
Experience

- Previous experience of clerical procedures
