- Excellent clinical and non-clinical problem solving skills
- Able to work autonomously and within a multi disciplinary team
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload according to patient/service need
- Excellent report writing skills
- Excellent time management skills Computer literate
- Full driving licence + use of car
Desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal Skills
- Able to develop strong and effective working relationships
- Understanding of current NHS environment
- Awareness of current developments and initiatives in general medical practice
- Sound knowledge of clinical governance and clinical audit
