Job responsibilities

Teldoc Primary Care Network (PCN) covers a population of 60,000 patients within Telford & Wrekin, Shropshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team of existing Clinical Pharmacists within our PCN in providing excellent care for our patients.

If you are an experienced prescribing Clinical Pharmacist with excellent interpersonal skills, who has completed, or is currently undertaking the Clinical Pharmacists in General Practice Training Pathway, this could be the role for you.

The post holder will be expected to provide leadership and collaborate with all other clinicians working within the network. An ability to embrace new ways of working is an essential requirement.
