Teldoc is Shropshires first Super Practice, formed through the
merger of three of Telfords most forward-looking practices. We are now looking
to recruit caring and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants (HCA) who want to work
in a dynamic team environment where the quality of patient care matters.
Working under the direct supervision of
the practice nurse/ANP and strictly in accordance with specific practice
guidelines and protocols, the healthcare assistant will assist the practice
clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient
care.
Duties and
responsibilities are varied and include: ECG recording, phlebotomy,
chaperoning, blood pressure checks, assisting with processing of laboratory
specimens, simple wound dressings.
