Teldoc is Shropshires first Super Practice, formed through the merger of three of Telfords most forward-looking practices. We are now continuing to expand our flexible and multi-professional workforce to work within our Primary Care Network (PCN) We are interested in hearing from caring, enthusiastic and ambitious Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) who want to work in a dynamic environment where the quality of patient care matters.
