As the first point of contact for the practice, you will play a vital and highly valued role. You will welcome patients, respond to a wide range of enquiries, and help guide them to the most appropriate clinician or service. While this is a part-time role, there may be opportunities for additional hours to cover annual leave or absence, offering some flexibility for those who are able to support the wider team.
We recognise just how important our reception team is they are truly the front line of the practice. This is a fast-paced and varied role that can be challenging at times, but it is also incredibly rewarding. Main duties of the job
The role is varied, fast-paced, and never dull, offering theopportunity to be involved in many aspects of the day-to-day running of the practice. Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Opening and closing the practice, helping ensure the surgery is ready to welcome patients each day
