Job summary
St Luke's Surgery is an inner city Surgery looking for
a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the practice as a
receptionist/admin person.
You will be required to deliver a friendly, efficient service
and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all patients, with the key aim
of retaining and attracting new patients. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has good communication and organisational skills and works efficiently under
pressure.
You will be required to work as part of a team or as an individual. A positive attitude is required as is being motivated, compassionate flexible and enthusiastic. Previous General Practice
experience and audio typing is desirable, but all applicants are welcome. Good
IT / keyboard skills are essential. The post involves working each day
covering mornings, afternoon, and evenings on a rota over four or five days.
Main duties of the job
Duties include making
appointments, dealing with enquiries from patients & health professionals.
Administration tasks to include typing, document scanning & data entry.

St Luke's Surgery is a well-established inner city practice
with a patient list size of approximately 5000.
Our second CQC inspection in 2019 rating was good.
