Job summary

Come and join our team!

We work hard to do the best for our patients and a big part of this is our data so we can target the right patients and also be rewarded for the work that we do. Can you help us do this even better?

Have you worked in General Practice, do you know System One? If so its people just like you we want to apply. If you know Ardens even better!

Work 28 hrs over 4 days. One day will be until 6.30-7pm (all the team do a later evening)

Main duties of the job

You will be based in our administration office with the rest of the admin and clerical team. You will help with recalls, QOF, data searches and initiatives and ensure that we are coding correctly. Getting our babies and children through their vaccinations programme will be part of your role as will supporting the Safeguarding Lead GP.

You will be expected to do a few hours in our reception, to help us to think about our patients in everything that we do and gain valuable insight into how we can engage them in their health care.

We would also value your help in implementing new systems, rolling them out and showing the team how to use them.

About us

We're a small team of 23 in Clifton, Nottingham. Additional Roles staff, locums and visitors always give us good feedback on the "feel of the practice and the lovely team".

We are well connected for local cities - Nottingham, Leicester and Derby and the A46, M1, A453 and A52. We have ample free parking on site and a tram stop at the door.

Have a short wonder up to the high street or flower park during your lunch or sit and chat in the staff room.
