Job summary

We are currently looking for a part time (16 to 24 hours) Practice Nurse to join our busy patient focused practice. Work with an friendly and enthusiastic team dedicated to providing excellent patient care. The working days would be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Pay scale in line with experience.

Main duties of the job

To provide addition to the existing team in delivering chronic disease management to patients, enabling excellent patient care and the practice to achieve maximum QOF, ICB and PCN targets completing all templates on the clinical system provided by our IT providers. To work with the team to contribute and implement continuous improvement in practice processes to benefit patient experiences. To develop robust time management for patient appointment schedules. Able to undertake all vaccinations and upkeep of our excellent patient experience.

About us

We use EMIS clinical system and Docman 10. High achieving QOF, ICB & PCN targets. Part of the TABA PCN consisting of 11 practices.

Support from x4 GPs, NA, TNA and HCA, and a team of excellent administration staff. We are a training practice currently with x4 GP trainees at various levels.

Patient list size currently 4900 and increasing
