Job summary
Forum Health Centre has a rare vacancy for an experienced nurse to join our nurse team.
Our nursing team includes four nurse prescribers all specialists in long term conditions, senior HCAs and phlebotomists working alongside a vibrant MDT team including GPs, FCPs, pharmacists, paramedics, dietician, health coach and care coordinators.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced practice nurse with the following mandatory competencies:
- Cervical screening (smear tests)
- Childhood immunisations
- Adult immunisations (flu, pneumo, shingles and travel)
- Wound care (dresssings and removal of sutures)

Forum Health Centre is a CQC 'outstanding' rated Practice
located in the Wyken, Coventry.
We are 'large enough to cope' with 21,000 patients and a large
Practice team but 'small enough to care' based on one site with a real focus on
staff care with regular training and social activities.
We are a training practice with a rich heritage of training GPs, nurses and non-clinical staff with access to a wide range of development programmes.
