Job summary
Working to support Brownlow Health (BH), the role will be
responsible for the delivery of internal and external local, regional, national
PR coverage and staff /patient virtual engagement.
Collaborating with internal
teams as well as external agencies, you will be an integral part of the
management team helping implement our marketing, communications, and PR
strategy to increase staff wellbeing and engagement, health awareness and
promotion, and improve overall communication.
Main duties of the job
This is not a comprehensive list of all the tasks that may be required

To be an integral part of the marketing and communications
function working closely with partners and the seniors' team to raise the
profile of BH both internally and externally.
To ensure effective communication internally including
pre-employment communication.
To deliver a robust communications and PR strategy to deliver BH
growth.
To deliver measurable healthcare awareness across the sector
through management of online content, including social media and website
adhering to NHS inclusive communication best practice standards.
Delivery of
any press releases, editorials, advertorial, case studies, as well as working
together with management/teams to identify opportunities for BH exposure.
Supporting teams to organise events, attended when necessary to
capture activity.
Be proactive in researching the latest tools and techniques,
trialling new initiatives, and generating reports to evidence impact/reach.
Be proactive in supporting the training and development of the
wider team in media training where appropriate.
