About us
The Living Well Partnership was established in 2017 following the merger of four GP surgeries and three smaller branch sites. Today, we comprise eight surgeries with eight partners, united by a shared vision: to deliver more seamless, efficient, and patient-centred medical care by pooling our resources rather than operating as separate practices.
Since forming the Partnership, our patients have benefited from faster access to a broader range of services and improved behind-the-scenes efficiencies. As of March 2023, we are proud to be launching our Continuity Projectan initiative designed to further enhance the consistency and quality of care we provide.
