Job summary
The health and well-being of our patients sits at the very centre of our mission. We strive to provide care that is accessible, friendly, evidence-based, and deeply compassionate. By considering each persons medical, physical, psychological, and social needs, we draw on the full strength of our multi-disciplinary team to deliver the most appropriate and effective support.
Our continuity-based approach empowers GP teams to care for their own patients over time, enabling them to identify patterns, spot concerns earlier, and deliver more efficient and personalised clinical services.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking a motivated, passionate GP who wants to be part of an organisation that is challenging the status quo and redefining how outstanding primary care can be delivered. If you thrive in a multi-disciplinary environmentworking alongside clinicians whose expertise spans sectors, specialties, and innovative practicethen Living Well could be the perfect place for you.
Here, we are driven by a desire to innovate, to think boldly, and to continually push the boundaries of what is possible in primary care. As the largest GP Partnership in Hampshire, we harness our scale to streamline services, share resources, and seize opportunities that smaller practices simply cant.
About us
The Living Well Partnership was established in 2017 following the merger of four GP surgeries and three smaller branch sites. Today, we comprise eight surgeries with ten partners, united by a shared vision: to deliver more seamless, efficient, and patient-centred medical care by pooling our resources rather than operating as separate practices.
Since forming the Partnership, our patients have benefited from faster access to a broader range of services and improved behind-the-scenes efficiencies. As of March 2023, we are proud to be launching our Continuity Projectan initiative designed to further enhance the consistency and quality of care we provide.
