Job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Revenue Manager to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.

As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle management process within the primary care setting. Your primary focus will be on maximizing revenue, liaising with finance team to ensure accurate coding and billing, and implementing strategies to improve financial performance in collaboration with the finance team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle management process for primary care services,
  • Ensuring finance team has submitted claims and reconciliation of income.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure accurate and timely billing and collection
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle management and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure proper coding practices are followed in compliance with relevant coding guidelines
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting related to revenue cycle management, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to Director of Operations, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing financial performance.
  • Create automated dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and provide real-time insight into primary care financial operations.

    Role Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably within a primary care or healthcare setting.
    • Proven track record of success in optimizing revenue cycle performance and achieving financial target
    • In-depth understanding of revenue cycle processes, including coding, billing, claims management, and accounts receivable.
    • Familiarity with reimbursement methodologies, healthcare coding systems
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Excel for data analysis and presentation
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in coding, billing, and financial calculations.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
