  • Lead, mentor, and supervise cardiac physiologists and the wider cardiology team.
  • Support clinician decision-making and provide second opinions within the service.
  • Conduct audits of clinical standards, contributing to continuous improvement in patient care and safety.
  • Develop, review, and approve clinical protocols and care pathways.
  • Support post-graduate education and training within the service.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, referring clinicians, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective and responsive communication with other members of the Omnes team.
  • Oversee quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company policies, national guidelines, and safety standards.
