This role offers the opportunity to combine clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities, contributing to the development and delivery of a high-quality, patient-focused cardiology diagnostics service in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise cardiac physiologists and the wider cardiology team.
- Support clinician decision-making and provide second opinions within the service.
- Conduct audits of clinical standards, contributing to continuous improvement in patient care and safety.
- Develop, review, and approve clinical protocols and care pathways.
- Support post-graduate education and training within the service.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, referring clinicians, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain effective and responsive communication with other members of the Omnes team.
- Oversee quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company policies, national guidelines, and safety standards.
