Main duties of the job
The Healthcare Assistant plays a vital role within the GP Practice team, supporting the delivery of the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services. You will work alongside our friendly, patient-focused clinical and management teams, providing essential support to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care for all patients.
This role requires autonomy, discretion, empathy, and sensitivity, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake tasks and duties delegated by clinical and management staff
- Conduct procedures such as blood pressure monitoring, new patient checks, and basic clinical observations

- Assist in the sterilisation and preparation of equipment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
- Work collaboratively to support smooth clinical operations
