  • Identify weaknesses in existing patient record systems, data reports, and processes, recommending improvements as appropriate.

Main duties of the job

To lead the data team and ensure clinical data is accurate and complete within the areas of delegated responsibility. The role involves reporting on weaknesses within data processes, maintaining/updating the accuracy of patient data, ensuring the quality of data, and overseeing version control of allocated reports to measure performance and progress.

General:

  • Maintain and update the accuracy of patient data and ensure quality control of reports measuring performance and progress.
  • Manage and train the data team on internal systems and processes, providing guidance on data entry standards.
  • Track and report patient stages.
  • Ensure data quality is accurate and internal/external audit findings are shared and followed up across sites.
  • Review and report on key KPI breaches as they occur within each service area.
