Overview

As Finance Business Partner for Omnes, you will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring financial decisions drive profitable growth while supporting direct costs and operational overheads.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Omnes' direct costs and overheads.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to drive contract profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Own and lead contract review & challenge meetings, ensuring financial viability and pushing for cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting cycle, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and operational delivery.
  • Work closely with the MI Analyst to develop more robust financial modelling, improving contract and cost analysis.
  • Act as a key commercial partner to service teams, providing financial insights that support business decisions and cost optimisation.
  • Support new business tenders, ensuring financial sustainability through robust pricing and cost assessments.
  • Take a lead role in financial governance, ensuring cost controls are in place for Omnes' direct costs.
