Job summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.

The Tessa Jowell Surgery is based within the Tessa Jowell Health Centre, only a 5 min walk from East Dulwich station, which has links into central London. East Dulwich is a residential area well served with local shops and restaurants/cafes. This brand-new purpose-built building opened in Summer of 2020, serving c14000 patients and is co located with the Extended Access hub, out of hours service and local hospital services, thus allows for a smooth clinical pathway for our patients onsite.

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff,  providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment and treatment 

Main duties of the job

Role Requirements

  • Current NMC Registration
  • Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
  • Commitment to patient care
  • To adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and to be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers
  • To use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality clinically effective and cost effective primary care
  • To participate in and provide clinical supervision as required
  • To participate in research within the practice, as appropriate
