Main duties of the job

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff,  providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment and treatment 

Role Requirements

  • Current NMC Registration
  • Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
  • Commitment to patient care
  • To adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and to be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers
  • To use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality clinically effective and cost effective primary care
  • To participate in and provide clinical supervision as required
  • To participate in research within the practice, as appropriate
