Job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Care Network (PCN) Manager to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference. You will oversee the management of the PCN within the practices in collaboration with the Practice management staff.

PCN Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all PCNs and support the PCNs at each stage, you will build the business infrastructure, working alongside all members of the practices, management staff and Senior Leadership Team to monitor, manage and maximise opportunities.

You will be fully responsible and accountable for the strategic delivery, development, and reporting of PCN agenda within Omnes. You will be up to date with regards to key policy developments, the PCN DES and wider NHSE/ICB and local initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take the lead and oversee the management and delivery of the PCN DES requirement in all PCNs.
  • Develop and deliver the Omnes’s PCN development and engagement plan, providing periodic performance data to the Director of Operations.
  • Be the point of contact for Practice Managers, Revenue Manager and SLT in relation to operational, financial and clinical management of PCNs.
  • Support the Revenue Manager, Director of Operations and Medical Director and ensure active involvement in the local PCNs.

    • Maintain and build relationships with practices, PCNs and other key stakeholders e.g. ICB, local authority, etc. exploring opportunities for collaborative and partnership working.
    • Attend all PCN meetings across practices and share key points with Director of Operations
    • Budget management
