Conisbrough Group Practice

Service Integration staff

The closing date is 19 April 2026

Job summary

Are you a sharp, driven individual looking for a meaningful role in a fast paced, progressive environment?

We're a busy, forward-thinking GP practice looking for someone motivated, organised and ready to get stuck in to a varied role.

This isn't a standard reception or admin job. You'll be helping services run smoothly and playing an important part in how we care for our patients.

You'll work closely with both clinical and management teams, take on a wide range of responsibilities and have opportunities to learn new skills, including data reporting and systems improvement work. We encourage professional development and there are opportunities for career progression, both within the practice and across primary care.

If you enjoy a challenge, can adapt quickly and want a role where your work really makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, covering a range of shifts between 8:00am and 6:30pm.

  • Supporting the clinical and leadership teams to deliver safe, seamless patient care
  • Managing real-time patient flow and coordinating services
  • Using initiative and judgement within rules-based procedures to resolve issues
  • Taking ownership of tasks and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
  • Configuring, maintaining, and running data reports
  • Processing and coding incoming correspondence
  • Providing crossdepartmental support, including Reception, Prescriptions, and Secretarial teams
  • Assisting with adhoc management projects
  • Telephone work and handling patient enquiries
  • Working autonomously in a safe, rapid, and adaptable manner
  • Using initiative to support colleagues and manage busy workloads
  • Contributing creative ideas for practice improvement
  • Working collaboratively as part of a highperforming team

This is a role for individuals who move quickly, embrace change, and adapt confidently to new technologies.

About us

Why join us?

  • Be part of a visionary and pioneering team reshaping modern general practice
  • Work in a stimulating environment where no two days are the same
  • Learn rapidly, contribute meaningfully, and build a purposeful career
  • Enjoy the camaraderie and challenge of a valuesdriven, high-performing team

This role demands commitment, resilience, and drive but it offers exceptional reward in return. If you want serious work that truly matters, this is the place for you.
