Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the clinical and leadership team to deliver seamless patient care
- Managing real-time patient flow and coordinating services on the ground
- Using initiative and judgment alongside rules based procedures to solve problems on the fly
- Taking ownership of your role and constantly looking for ways to improve systems and service
