Receptionist/Administrator
We are looking for a full time medical receptionist to join our team to work at Linkway Medical Practice in the Lyng Centre for Health and Social Care.
Main duties of the job
Candidate must be able to prioritise workload, work under pressure, be flexible, work as a team member, have good verbal and listening skills
The receptionist will receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
Provide generaly assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
To provide administrative support and services to all members of the practice team.
PLEASE NOTE THIS JOB INCLUDES WORKING SATURDAYS

Linkway Medical Practice is a GP surgery based within in Lyng Health Centre, West Bromwich.
Current list size 14,500 patients.
4 GP partners and 7 salaried GPs
We are a training practice with GP Registrars and Medical Students.
