We are looking to recruit Part Time Receptionists who are enthusiastic,
self-motivated and have a passion for delivering excellent patient care. The
successful candidates should be confident, professional with excellent
telephone skills with the ability to multi-task. GP practice experience is
desirable but not essential as training will be given.
We
are looking for someone who is available to work between the hours of
7:45am-6:45pm Monday to Friday. Shifts/days to be agreed.
We are looking for people that are flexible and able to help
cover sickness and holidays in the team.

Main duties of the job
As a receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for patients and ensure that all visitors to the practice are dealt with in a professional and courteous way. You will provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone. This role is predominantly reception and telephone duties but it also includes administrative work.
