It is expected that you deal on a daily basis with telephone queries from patients or other health care professionals in your administrative time.

In the interests of patient care we strongly believe in the benefit of continuity of care. This means that you are expected to follow up results, x-rays, correspondence related to your allocated clinical list of patients and also those that you have generated yourself (investigations and queries related to your consultations), in line with good practice as recommended by GMC.
