As quality of life is important, we structure our workload and support each other to manage day to day demand. We have a Duty Day system led by our Allied Healthcare Professionals (Urgent Care Team) with GP support but recognise the need for continuity. We operate own GP lists which are stratified to enable GPs to focus on continuity and our Urgent Care team deal with workload where acute care is favoured.
The post holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care as set by the regulatory and standard setting organisations, including but not limited to the points below.
