Serving over 60,000 patients; Greenwood PCN strives to develop collaborative
working across Greenwood GP practices, aiming to support and strengthen delivery of primary

2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Operational Responsibilities
The PCN Administrator Lead is required to:
- Provide diary management and PA support to the PCN Clinical Director and PCN Business Manager
- Organise meetings and events related to any PCN activity
- Support implementation of initiatives through timely and relevant information analysis and
administrative support
- Deliver against agreed objectives, achieving quality outcomes
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of services with the support from management team
2.2 Communication and relationships
The PCN Administrator will be required to maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of
internal and external stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to:
- Building and maintaining strong, resilient relationships with practice and external staff
- Participating in relevant internal and external working groups to provide, information and
analytical advice to inform the development and delivery of the business plans
Main duties of the job
2.3 Functional Responsibilities The PCN Administrator is required to:
- Assist with the induction of new staff into the PCN including arranging inductions with practice staff, induction packs, IT, clinical system log ins
- Produce, review and circulate all documents required for meetings
- Minute meetings where required. Drawing up action points and circulating
- Managing and appropriately distributing mail and communications via a PCN email account. This will include ensuring fast redirect of sensitive referral information
- Supporting PCN member Practices with the development and management of rotas for PCN delivered work
- To create and circulate exception reporting when required
- To arrange appropriate locum cover for PCN clinical staff when required
- To facilitate, monitor and administer the capture of any significant events happening within a PCN delivered service. This will include clinical/non clinical learning meetings
- Supporting PCN members with all other reasonable administration requests
2.4 Information Management The PCN Administrator Lead is required to:
- Carry out timely and accurate information analysis and reporting on agreed areas of portfolio and present findings in an agreed manner
- Help provide service KPIs as part of contract requirements
- Develop and maintain databases required for the role
- Maintain administrative and information resources
