Main duties of the job
Main Duties of the Role:

Provide general nursing care and support to patients, including wound care, immunisations, cervical screening (smears), and chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes).

Assist with health promotion, lifestyle advice, and preventative care programs.

Carry out clinical assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care under practice protocols.

Support minor procedures and assist GPs with clinical tasks as required.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure care is delivered in line with clinical guidelines and practice policies.

Contribute to infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures within the practice.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering nursing services, supporting chronic disease management, and promoting health and wellbeing in our local community.
Key Responsibilities:
