We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly and dynamic healthcare team. Main duties of the job

Main Duties of the Role:

  • Provide general nursing care and support to patients, including wound care, immunisations, cervical screening (smears), and chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes).

  • Assist with health promotion, lifestyle advice, and preventative care programs.

  • Carry out clinical assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care under practice protocols.

  • Support minor procedures and assist GPs with clinical tasks as required.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure care is delivered in line with clinical guidelines and practice policies.

  • Contribute to infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
