We are a large, dynamicand well respected GP practice.
We are looking for a GP to join our team.
Located on the Hampshire/Surrey border, we have an opportunity to recruit a new GP and can offer flexibility of sessions currently we seek around 4 sessions per week over 2 or 3 days.
Providing great patient care remains at the heart of everything we do at Hart Health Partnership. We endeavour to increase the skill mix within our GP Practice and encourage a team-based approach. We share operational duties with a priority on allowing you to concentrate on supporting your patients and developing your clinical expertise. Main duties of the job
You will provide clinical assessment and diagnosis to patients requirements and make timely decisions regarding future management. You will also provide a highly specialist resource to other healthcare staff, patients and carers. You will carry your own registered list of patients and be an active part in the Urgent Care Team and duty GP and extended hours rota. Further information in the job description attached.

The Hart Health Partnership is a large, newly merged practice with 28000 patients. We have a diverse multi-disciplinary team with 21 GPs, 8 Nurses, 2 ANPs and 7 paramedics as well as other allied colleagues such as First Contact Physiotherapists, Health & Wellbeing Coach and a Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician. We are a training practice hosting not only junior doctors and medical students but also nurse undergraduates and we would encourage the post holder to become involved in this as part of the ethos of the practice.
Our practice is proud of our technical and operational standards and we are a GMS contract holder and use EMIS Web, EPS electronic prescribing, AccuRX and Docman, and we have a high QOF achievement and a GOOD CQC status.
