Job summary

Due to a growing list size due to a lot of building in and around our local area, we are looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team.

Main duties of the job

To work within our clinical team examining, diagnosing and prescribing for our patients who have been triaged first by a senior clinican.

Latchford Medical Centre is a forward thinking Medical Centre where our patients, our team and our community are at the heart of everything we do.

We have 8000 patients registered with us but with the growing population our patient numbers are increasing.

The Practice has four dynamic Partners who are keen to progress the Practice in order to keep up with our ever growing demand.

They embrace technology and encourage their team to use it where possible to support our Patients.

We are looking to grow a strong nursing team to work with the Partners and build a resilient workforce.

Experience

  • Experience of working with primary care or as a first contact practitioner
  • Experience of dealing with vulnerable patients

  • Experience of working in a GP practice

  • Completion of NMP qualifications
