Job summary

Caskgate Street Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic HCA to join our friendly practice team. We are looking for candidates with experience in general practice, although not essential as candidates with experience from other caring professions will be considered.

The HCA will assist in delivering treatment, preventative care, patient education and health promotion.

Main duties of the job

The role will involve supporting patients with health checks, taking blood pressures, wound dressings ,ECGs and phlebotomy as well as home visits .

The successful applicant must be a team player with excellent communication skills and experience of working with the public. Excellent organisational and administrative skills are essential.

About us

Caskgate Street Surgery has a population of 12,300 patients. we have 2 GP partners, 5 salaried GP's and an experienced nursing team who are all supported by an excellent administration and reception team.

We are high QOF achievers and work within the Trent PCN.
