With our fast growing practice list and new online triage system we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated receptionist/administrator with excellent customer service skills to join our team.
The working hours are 34.5 hours per week. Please note the salary for this role is £20704.53 and not as shown under the pay heading. We would consider recruiting two candidates to share the 34.5 hours
Monday 08:00-18:00 (one hour unpaid lunchbreak)
Tuesday 14:00-18:00
Wednesday 14:00-18:00
Thursday 08:00-18:00 (one hour unpaid lunchbreak)
Friday 08:00-12:30
Flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness is essential.

Main duties of the job
Applicants will work as part of the reception team dealing with patients face to face and over the telephone. Promoting and assisting patients with our new online triage system Anima. Supporting the Duty GP as a Care Navigator.
Administrative tasks such as internal message tasks, emails, prescription requests.

practice with five salaried GPs looking after a patient list of 10500. We

- Processing repeat prescriptions in accordance with practice guidelines

- Initiating contact with and responding to requests from patients, other team member and associated healthcare agencies and providers
- Handing completed repeat prescriptions to patients, checking names and addresses
- Handing dispensed medication to patients, checking name and addresses and evidence of exemption, if relevant
